
Ingredients:
14 oz canned wild Alaskan salmon
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Transfer to a greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Press down evenly. Bake 25-30 minutes.
Serve with baked sweet potatoes, green beans and salad.

We actually JUST bought a can of Alaskan Salmon... to make our own Salmon burgers. This recipe will be have to be tested soon! Looks yumm-o!
